1. Complete Program Requirement

3. Product Usage & Compliance
The customer is required to use the serum, shampoo, and any other recommended products exactly as prescribed by the Hair Consultant. The customer must follow the daily application schedule and maintain basic scalp hygiene as advised.

4. Monthly Progress Photographs
To monitor monthly progress, the customer must submit clear photographs of the scalp every month for proper assessment and evaluation.

5. Accurate Information & Cooperation
The customer must provide truthful and accurate information regarding age, medical history, hair loss duration, medications, and lifestyle factors. The customer must also cooperate with follow-up assessments conducted by the company.

2. Claim Process

After completing three months and consuming three kits, the customer may submit a guarantee claim within 30 days of completing the three-month program.

a. After receiving the claim, the company will review the customer's purchase history, product usage compliance, monthly photographs, and consultation records.

b. A technical review panel will compare the customer's baseline photographs with the final photographs to assess the progress.

c. The final decision will be communicated to the customer within 30 working days.
